Hey ladies. So I get very sharp pains in my ovary area on both sides and also in my pelvic region. This lasts for about 10-15 seconds each time the pain comes and then leaves a dull ache after the sharp pain goes away. Sometimes it is to the point where I can't even move. Also my periods have gotten heavier each time I get them and the cramping starts about a week before my period and ends on the 4th day of my period. I was wondering if these pains are normal or if I should go to a gyno?
