Any pregnancy before first periord after D&C or MC?

Please share if you got pregnant before your period! I would love to know what the doctor said about it & if it was safe/ok.

I had an early loss last June. After the bleeding stopped I ovulated 2wks later and conceived my now 6 month old!!

my doctor put me on provera to start my cycle after my d&e; July 13th(I don't have regular cycles) and my period didn't come from taking it. I found out last week I had a chemical pregnancy
