I am 6 weeks today. Starting a few days ago, I got what I thought was a typical cold. Took some Tylenol and went about my day. Today..it's so much worse! Sinus pressure and swelling rather than congestion. Headache and neck pain along with an ear ache. And a sore throat. Y'all.. I did what anyone would do and googled what I'm allowed to take during the first trimester. There is no list! I've literally found nothing helpful. Everything I've come across says to call my doctor. I did! Haven't gotten a call back yet. So let me tell you what I have tried unsuccessfully:

1) Saline nose spray

2) Netty pot

3) Tylenol

4) Tylenol Cold and Flu

5) A blood sacrifice

6) Breathe Right Strips

Has anyone ever experienced such sickness in the first trimester? What helped you? I'm absolutely miserable y'all. PLEASE HELP!
