postpone/ sexy time

hey ladies so I don't have sex usually but my s/o is in the service and when he comes to visit we have sex (obv.) but the issue is that I haven't had my period Bc its late by 2 weeks and there's no way I'm pregnant plus I don't use birth control.

this has happened twice where right before he visits I'm about to have my period but then I never get it. so when he comes home we have sex then after I STILL don't have my period til like the next month.

I talked to my Dr last time and it was a UTI. Ok but now I'm like sad Bc Idk if I should have the sex I've been craving for months or if that will "postpone" the period. is that even possible?
