So I recently got a menstrual cup (totally love it btw!!)

I got it because my periods were sooo heavy, I was bleeding through my super++ tampons like they were nothing. I was constantly changing them every hour.

Well now with the cup, it's marked how much. It says 15ml about 3/4 the way up. I've filled it to the brim(probably like20ml) 3 times today. That's like 60 ml of blood!!!!!

I feel weak and fatigue, but to me that seems like a lot. I'm in the military, so medical is a joke! Like I'd be on my death bed and they will tell me to take Motrin and lots of water. I've talked to the np and she didn't seem at all concerned, I just don't feel like they give the care I should get.

Is this normal? My cycles aren't regular and I'm not on any birth control.
