****Please help, anything helps !!!****

So on July 23 I had unprotected sex, he pulled out as soon after we started and said he was done. I was still nervous so I took a plan B within 24 hours. On July 30 through august 5 was when I started which was A week and a half later I was on time with my period, it lasted the normal length and was a medium flow like always with a heavy second day. When it ended I felt fine and knew to wait for the next one. Now it's September and I have yet to get my next period but I have tons of discharge coming out, cramp, and my normal not eating before I start my period, **but my breast hurt** this is the second day. I'm only 16 and I'm scared, I've told my mom about how I was forced into sex once but never said anything about this one time I had sex during the summer. Is there still any possibility I could be pregnant? Or is it just hormones that's are causing my boobs to hurt??
