Red Splotches on Boob???

Hi I'm 19 years old and I was in the shower and my right boob started throbbing. So I get out and there's red splotches all over and tiny brown dots? They aren't itchy so I'm pretty sure it's not a bug bite

. Any idea what this is??

I get some like that. mine are cellulitis infection due to clogged pores

Idk maybe heat rash... if you're using a new soap maybe you're allergic? Don't know about the brown dots though

Are you currently breastfeeding and are you familiar with mastitis? if you have tenderness or soreness in the area it could be that.
