What could this be

I had my first child January 6,2017 and we have been TTC since our daughter was about 5 months. I did have an C-section but it wasn't a emergency one. Well I started my period before my six weeks was up. I was put on BC but I only used for a few days. I had a normal cycle until April when I didn't get it. Mid May I started to have what seemed like IB that lasted a few days a week later it got super heavy with clothes I bleed for a total 25 days. Now it's September I been bleeding snice July. it hasn't gotten heavy just light spotting. No severe pain at all. The time before I had last had sex was in may. I didn't have sex again till august 1and nothing else. I had no pain at all with the sex then or now. It's not really red more pinkish brown. I barely ever see red. We want to have another I'm worried I won't be able to conceive. I also hav a history of pcos soon but
