Moon and gender?

Hi all ladies.... Can someone pls tell me if the moon theory is correct or just a myth ?? Does it really affects gender of the baby?

If you are talking about the Chinese lunar calendar it was wrong for me twice. My daughter was unplanned and then we wanted to have a boy.... I tried for a boy, not using the lunar calendar and was successful though.... I based my efforts on science.
