Sick baby sick mama, need some advice!

My poor 4 month old has a cold. Her nose is so stuffy and she's having a hard time staying asleep at night. She got up every hour last night and just wanted to be rocked and held. I've used a saline aerosol spray and a nose sucker. They seem to help but definitely not a fix. I have not tried infant Tylenol- that will be my last resort (I'm just so hesitant to give her medicine yet!) I am breastfeeding and that seems to be helping her feel better, at least for a little while.

I myself don't feel the best so I can only imagine how she's feeling. I just feel awful for her! Tonight I'm going to try having her sleep elevated on a boppy pillow.

Any other remedies that would help?? Thanks ladies!
