so I'm 5'1" and 170 pounds. so fairly over my healthy BMI. I don't even fit in my jeans. I started running 30 minutes in the morning and 30 at night. which is around 3 miles total a day. I'm trying to lose as fast as I can so I can actually wear my clothes again:( is there any tips or things that can help? thank you
