I think my boyfriend has been cheating on me.

Just tonight we were having a videocall on skype. Since his cam was broke, and I wont be able to see him, he instead send me pictures. But suddenly he accidentally sent me a picture of a womans body whose tities are out. He suddenly deleted it, so I couldnt see it anymore. I asked him if who the fuck is the woman, he just said to me, "A friend of mine, who I don't remember at all". I told him that "she's got nice tits and body" even though I felt betrayed. I couldn't talk anymore after what happened. He was still talking to me and thinking I was fine w it. I hang up on him coz I can't cry in front of his face. I don't think I could visit him in Italy this December. I want this over now. Im so stupid to believe that long distance relationship could work. We've been in a relationship since last year.
