constipated baby??

my 3 week old hasnt pooped in 11 days. she is exclusively breastfed & i  took her to the doctor on friday. they gave her a suppository and it didnt do anything, doctor said to give her 1/2 oz of prune juice and it didnt do anything either. her belly is super bloated and she keeps straining to push and turning red): what can i do??

My 3week old just started acting fussy and things have slowed down for her as well. She sees to regularly be trying to kick it out so we went to the dr today and he said every time we pick her up to burp her because a lot of gas can slow things down.

i give my son miralx in the morning. 1 tsp. he's formula fed, so constipated. he can only have it once a day though.
