Braxton Hicks?

Question

Am I the only one who doesn't know if they're having Braxton Hicks? My stomach gets hard sometimes but I only notice because I happen to touch my stomach... I don't know what they're supposed to feel like :/

I totally can't tell either! Sometimes my belly will feel tight like she is pressing out. But I'm not sure if that's Braxton Hicks, or her.

For me I know I am having one because my whole uterus tightens leaving my belly smaller and very hard. It is uncomfortable to the point where I need to lay down and lasts about 30 seconds

My first pregnancy I didn't feel them. Now at 30 weeks with my second I'm pretty darn sure I'm having them. My midsection feels like I have been doing a ton of crunches or been up all night dry heaving, and then the feeling goes away. It is a sore, uncomfortable feeling mostly up high and on the upper sides of my uterus, not down low. I'm obese so I don't think I can see the characteristic bunching as easily or feel the hardness from the outside.

This is my second pregnancy and I'm also unclear 😆 but I think you're right. I think it's when your stomach gets tight. This to me isn't what I experienced during real contractions. That felt totally different. In my first pregnancy I didn't notice any Braxton hicks contractions. Not to say I didnt have any but I just wasn't clear. Now, I do think it's when your stomach gets tight and hurts a bit. I often get it in the evenings when the baby is active. It's almost like clock work for me. That's the only reason I'm starting to notice.

I'm not 100% sure what it's supposed to feel like either. I have had a few times where I thought I may have had it... where it just felt like pressure/tightness in my belly. Not painful just really uncomfortable for a few seconds.

sometimes I feel like I've had Braxton Hicks but I'm not sure either. I was told it feels like the baby bunching into a ball which I have felt. is it supposed to hurt a lil or something? 
but glad I'm not the only one who doesn't really know either. 🤷
