Hi all,

I've had this hard bump on the back of my neck right above my shoulder, more near towards the spine ( but not on the spine, it's to the left of it) for about 4 years now... it started small, however after about 4 years, it is now the size of a nickel (maybe a little smaller). It feels like it's under the skin. Recently, anytime I play around with it, it gives me pain on my left upper back (the whole area). I'm going to go get it checked out in October (earliest appt avail), however I'm freaking out.

I had a baby about 6 months ago, and I'm scared it's something serious ☹️ do you think if it was cancer it would've already gave other symptoms? What do you guys think this might be? Just looking for any insight, experiences, or just a reassurance that it's not something serious 😓

If it was any type of cancer, do you think the docs would've caught it during pregnancy through blood work? I also had a c section.. would they have noticed something in my blood work??
