So very scared

I when through a miscarriage a year ago at 8 weeks pregnant.I'm now 7w5d pregnant I was so very happy but the closer I get to the 8 week mark of this pregnancy I'm terrified something is wrong, my pregnancy symptoms have all but gone away and I feel amazing which is what happened last time. My doctor office doesn't do a ultrasound till 12 weeks and I don't know if I can wait that long I'm still getting a positive pregnancy test which a friend told me was a good sign but I can't help but be afraid
