Anyone ever dealt with a neighbor's dog barking incessantly and done something about it? What exactly did you have to do?

Our lease literally says that pets cannot disturb other residents or they'll be removed from the property, but apparently that's a joke because the property manager isn't doing much about it, just sending out letters and leaving them voicemails about us having an issue with it. I know you can be charged with a misdemeanor for it in my state but I'd really like a simpler solution than going to court 🙄 The neighbor is gone 12+ hours at a time, sometimes for days and the dog barks the entire time, without stopping. We can't even watch something on tv and turn it up loud enough to drown it out. I tried calling the police to file a noise complaint but the dispatcher said that they can't do anything about it because we live in an apartment community. 🙄 Speaking to the neighbor about it isn't an option, she knows it barks and doesn't care. I'm 38 weeks pregnant today and unable to sleep due to it, help!!! I don't want it keeping me up when the baby's here and I'm already short on sleep 😭😭😭
