Implantation or period?

So here's my story, I just restarted the pill but I'm like 70% sure I still ovulated because it's only the first month. My SO and I had unprotected sex twice within my fertile window with him finishing inside of me. I started bleeding/discharging/spotting a brownish colour two days ago, it was literally just spotting and yesterday and today it has gotten a bit heavier and a light pinkish colour but is still extremely light, and getting lighter again. I normally have very heavy periods that are a dark red colour with a lot of clotting, having to change a super tampon at least 3/4 times a day and I have only used a thong panty liner for this. I have very minimal cramping where I usually have cramps that render me incapable of movement at times. Also I should mention this is a week and a half ahead of when I'm scheduled to start my period and I have a very regular period. Am I going insane and this is just my body adjusting to the pill or am I possibly pregnant?
