Walked handing out pamphlets for work , while wearing my waist clincher 2/3 hours
50 crunches
25 sit ups
10 push up
10 leg raises



Forgot to change my pants before photo , realized I put on the old pj/ painting paints that my dogs tore up ... ugh 😑
Feeling better about myself and slowly seeking slight changes #yaynotbloatedtoday!!
