HELP ! What is this ?

Seen this on him today, grandma says he’s had it for about two weeks . Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it ? His mom has yet to make him a doctors appointment 🤦🏽‍♀️

If you get a black light and the areas turn white it's ringworm. If you're touching it while bathing you're washing the fungus off your hands and while putting a cream on it the cream acts as a barrier...but ringworm typically isn't like how it is in sporadic patches near the neck. Initially I thought maybe a form of eczema or dry patches.

It looks like eczema. Try raw apple cider vinegar baths, it will help for eczema and skin Apple Cider Vinegar Bath Directions:
Mix 2 cups of ACV into a warm bath if using a tub. Use 4 tsp. per gallon if using a baby tub.
Soak in the bath for 30+ minutes. Toys help a child soak.
Gently pat the skin dry with a soft, cotton towel. Leave the skin slightly moist.
Moisturize immediately while the skin is still damp with an  eczema emollient. 
After applying an eczema moisturizer, apply eczema clothing to reduce itching and allow emollients to stay in place for optimum treatment.
Repeat 3-4 times a week for best results.

It looks like a yeast infection my pediatrician told me to use joke itch and it worked ... a lot of babies get rashes there .. good luck

Looks like a yeast infection, it can happen if he's damp after a bath or if he's getting milk on his skin and clothing! I'd get him to his pediatrician for a check!!!

Looks like a yeast rash. Probably from not drying him well and putting clothes on or from milk dripping down his chin and under his neck. He needs to get a prescription cream from his pediatrician
