ANY ADVICE

Okay so I recently got a boyfriend and we have unprotected sex the day before my period but he always pulls out. I am also on the pill and have been for years. I had my period and then spotted for five days and then got a very heavy period last month and then I got my period on Tuesday and it lasted for 3 days it wasn't just spotting it was enough blood for a few pads and some supers but it's super weird. And my lower stomach is sore to the touch. Does anyone have any advice
