Hi guys I'm 16 and am preg but I've been having very bad nausea and headaches and don't know what to do for it ? Today at school I thought I was going to puke and I thought I needed to go home but ended up making it through the day and then came home to take a nap

Look into seabands. Non-medicated wrist bands that work with pressure points to relieve headaches and nausea. About $15 at target, Walgreens, cvs, Walmart, etc.

I was in the same boat and found that bringing crackers to school with me on the morning and snacking on them throughout the morning helped a ton !!! Ritz!!!! Mmmm my life saver for having to wake up super early to go to school pregnant blah that was the worst !
