Yellow discharge after sex

I had sex with my boyfriend two days ago, and ever since I've had a slight stinging pain in my vagina. At first, it was mainly when I peed but now I don't get the pain as I urinate but there's simply a slight less painful stinging constantly. I've also had a yellow/green discharge leak too, it's not foul smelling or itchy just simply unusual. Any advice??
