Anyone know what could be wrong?

I have a 4 month old chocolate lab. He just got neutered 2 weeks ago but even before that he will randomly pee in the house. He is potty trained and crate trained. He can hold his pee in his crate but even after just going to the bathroom outside he will pee while inside the house, sometimes he's just walking and starts peeing while walking or just pee normally inside. You can tell after he does it he knows he isn't suppose to. He has even peed on the couch and bed. All through the night in his kennel he is fine. Anyone have any ideas? He waits at the door to go out and we take him out even more then when he waits to try and stop the problem, but sometimes he will per out side and then 5 min later pee inside. Help 😣
