What solid foods do you feed your babies?

I'm having a hard time introducing solid foods. Don't really feel comfortable so I was just wondering what other moms are doing. Baby boy is almost 9 months and he really only has breast milk. Help please!

I'm nervous too, she does so great with purées but that can't be her life 😂 I introduced puffs today  She gagged, kind of chewed, gagged again, swallowed, went for more lol...just need to trust your kid!

My son eats what we eat, just no added salt, no honey.
He eats meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, oatmeal. Loved it all so far!

I give her eggs, avocado, chicken, turkey, rice, beans, sweet potatoes, bread, oatmeal, pasta, steamed veggies, most thing we eat. I was scared at first to but I just had to trust her. She's really good at eating and trying to chew things even though she only has two, almost three teeth.

Pretty much anything at this point. For breakfast, I will usually do a scrambled egg, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, or French toast. Lunch time is usually fruits and veggies, like bananas, strawberries, cucumbers, or broccoli. Dinner is usually what I cook for us. If dinner is too spicy or has honey in it, I will prepare his separately or let him have one of the little gerber baby dinners that they have on the baby aisle.  Don't do those much, though.

My daughter eats puréed foods, mashed potatoes, puffs, yogurt melts, small pieces of cracker (like saltines) we have given her a couple bites of ice cream but never more than a bite or two ( too much dairy) pretty much whatever is easy to mush lol

I mix half a jar of earths best organic baby food with 2 oz formula and 3 tablespoons rice cereal, we do this twice a day. My son has been on solids since about 5 months. At first it was hard , he hated the spoon so we started with a baby food nurser I got off amazon, then after a week or 2 he got used to the regular spoon and now he loves eating solids! We do fruits in the morning and veggies for dinner. I got lucky he's not picky like me lol he has loved every food I've given him so far

I'm lost very close to you. She's obsessed with puffs and crackers and bread. That's it!! She won't eat anything else without making a funny face and smack the food down. And I tried all sorts of fruits watermelon, grapes, melons, cantaloupe, pears. And sweet potatoes. She ate them when it was purée back at 6 months old. Now she doesn't want purée and doesn't want to eat actual fruit either.

My babe still eats 2-3 pouches of baby food each day, but aside from that he tastes everything. 
We eat toast most mornings. He loves hash browns, yogurt, sausage and waffles, but not pancakes or bacon. 
For snacks he's had puffs, tortilla chips, graham crackers, vegetable crackers, jelly, and baby cookies that I made with leftover baby oatmeal and baby food jars. 
He's had mashed potatoes, baked ziti, garlic bread, ham, peaches, pears, apple, berries and pie crust. I made vegetable soup the other day so I took a scoop and threw it in a strainer, rinsed it, and gave him a little bowl of veggies 😍
He hates watermelon and bananas 🙄
Pretty much whatever I eat I hold out to him and let him suck on it for a while until he takes a bite. If he likes it I break off some tiny pieces and put them on a plate for him.

my son is on puree a little chunker than normal i do apple pears carrots beans peas chicken. he loves all green veggies. custard the baby one for snacks and yoghurt. oatmeal for breaky which he loves. my advice keeo trying dont stop so baby gets used to it

My son is 10 months so a little older than your baby. He gets yogurt (his  fav), oatmeal (I just mill regular Quaker Oats and make it like normal), most fruits (banana, steamed apples, steamed pears, dragonfruit, kiwi, watermelon), veggies/squash/potatoes (carrots, spinach, kabocha, butternut squash, sweet potatoes), congee (boiled soupy rice, similar to oatmeal consistency) usually with chicken breast or beef bone, fish. For the most part, he gets a little of whatever we are eating. We have even given my son bites of Alaskan king crab when we had it for dinner.
