does alcohol during TWW affect implantation?

Question

im in week 1 of tww, if I have a glass of wine can that affect my chances of implantation? I've read mixed things. I'm going to a family dinner in 2 days and I don't want to explain why I'm not drinking as I'm keeping ttc a secret for now and they will likely assume if I don't have one as it's very unlike me!

I quit drinking when trying to conceive because I don't want to take the chance of it not happening. 
I've only read one article that says drinking can harm your fertility. But I'm sure in moderation and on occasion it shouldn't be bad.

thanks all. if I'd read an article saying it can reduce chances of implantation and increased risk of miscarriage right after, though on 3DPO so the latter unlikely to apply. but also read many saying alcohol doesn't affect until you are implanted. silly to risk it just to keep up appearances, but I also don't want the pressure of having people expectantly waiting for me to announce I'm pregnant In case it doesn't happen right away  (this is our first cycle trying). confusing!
