i need help

Hey ladies,

So yesterday morning I thought I was coming on my period it was old blood. Well after it started coming all around my belly button has been contracting. This has never happened before I'm suppose to be on day 2 of AF. It's the same thing with the contracting around my belly button.....wth is this. Is it normal? Should I be worried?!!!
