I lost my daughter araya sunshine August 14th  2016 got pregnant again in January  2017 had a missed miscarriage Feb  13th 2017 heart beat wasn't there in 10 week check up were now currently  7 weeks 4 days pregnant and I'm worried sick I get sad at every cramp freak out at every discharge I constantly pray and talk to my baby encouraging it

First I wanted to say that I am so sorry for your loss. And you are not alone at all. I freak out about EVERYTHING! I had a missed miscarriage last March and am currently 7 weeks with my rainbow baby. Every cramp, every wipe, every pain and I am freaking out. I am trying to relax and embrace this pregnancy. Easier said than done, this I know all too well.

Sorry to hear your losses I too with this pregnancy didn't even allow myself to get excited until possible after my anatomy scan because I was too scared it would end in miscarriage like my previous 2 we didn't even announce our pregnancy until 12 weeks and only to close close relatives as well it's ok to be scared it's only natural I hope all goes well this time with your rainbow baby congratulations

I miscarried two months ago but very early on. Now I'm a bit further but still very nervous every time I feel weird down there, I check immediately to see if I'm bleeding. So far it's just been discharge & I feel strangely optimistic this time. I'm sorry for your loss, experiences & I hope & pray for a healthy 9 months for you! You are definitely not the only one xx
