Haven't been able to orgasm!!

So, recently I went off BC and my partner had a vasectomy...well since being off BC for the first time in literally half my life, obviously my hormones are changing. I've only been able to achieve one penetration orgasm since getting the my mirena out and normally I'd have them frequently when we do it missionary, and I always have awesome ones orally, but lately I've got nothin', as in, I almost am the whole time but it takes so long and I never quite get there...I can barely even bring myself too...it's started to get emotionally taxing for me, as we might do it a couple times and as soon as I get 'close', he's done and touching just doesn't do it after getting almost there so I usually just want to stop...and end up feeling crappy like something is wrong with me, I know I can be totally normal to experience this but it sucks, all the same...
