Difficulty removing it
Its my first time using a menstrual cup, It was extremely easy to get it inside + make sure it was suctioned right and whatnot, but removing it was a 20 minute, kinda painful, struggle. I got the small Lena one, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on removing it?? I've seen tons for inserting but removal seems to be difficult for me 😩
