Petroleum based things can actually lock moisture in and make diaper rash worse. We've used coconut oil since our LO was born and it has been perfect. Also if your LO gets diaper rash, desitin clears it so fast!

Honest company's Organic Healing Balm, is what I used. That and aloe for diaper rash. Worked wonders.

My son hasn't had diaper rash yet, but has had a little redness between his little butt cheeks here and there. I use Burt's Bees diaper rash cream and it takes away the redness within a day.

For butt cream what's better???
