Need help!!

So my husband and I have been married for almost a year and our sex life hasn't been the greatest. He has problems keeping it up and he seems to think it's because of an erectile dysfunction because of when he was on meth before he got clean. Anyone that has dealt with a drug user... Is it possible that's the problem and is it fixable if he goes to the doctor?
