3.5 months post partum. I'm on depo shot and I've been spotting for 2 weeks. Last night I had severe cramping and shooting pain in my butt and the bleeding picked up. I had the urge to poop but nothing would really happen and it was very painful to push. When I stood up I got light headed and almost passed out. I used a heating pad for the cramps and fell asleep. Then this morning in the shower something fell out of me it was like white rubber with mucous blood on it (not a tampon) it was something from me. Did I possibly have a miscarriage? I wouldn't have know I was pregnant. I talked to a nurse today she just said if I cramp again go to ER. But I'd like to know if there is something wrong with me I am scared. It was very scared last night it hurt bad.
