Pregnant but have Hep C 😔

I found out I'm pregnant with my second child and that I have Hep C. I have no risk factors: I've been in the same monogamous relationship for 18 years (I've never cheated and have no reason to suspect him), I've never done drugs and neither has my husband. I don't work in the medical field and haven't had blood transfusions.

I tested negative 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my son, so my doctor thinks I was infected somehow medically. I had a benign tumor removed 5 months ago and the best guess is that something wasn't sterilized or something. 😢 This sucks. I went from being so happy about the pregnancy to this...

EDIT: thanks for the comments. Fortunately I'm definitely HIV negative so that's helpful. I've decided I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and just be as healthy as possible. I will control everything I can and take it from there. Thanks again for the support ☺️

2ND EDIT: I saw a gastroenterologist and found out I was a false positive!!!! Absolutely thrilled!!
