Hi everyone

My 18 my old has slept in my room her whole life. Slept in her crib until 10mths and now sleeps on a mattress on my floor (she thought climbing out of cribs were fun). Recently we took our tv out of our bedroom. We use to use the TV as backround noise to keep her sleep. Now that it's gone she wakes up multiple times a night and getting her to sleep is the worst. I bring her in the room brush her teeth and after that it's non stop crying for at least a hour then I have to hug her faces smooshed and rock her until she is sleep.Tried a sleep machine that I usually turn on after she is sleep and she freaks out. After all the crying she does during the day having to go through this at night is making me wanna break down and cry and yell at the same time.

What do you guys suggest?
