Help with switching over

I am trying to slowly switch baby over from breast to bottle. I've tried 4 different bottles already and she does not like them. We have tried Avent, Mam, Nuk simply natural and comotomo. She will only consistently take the Mam bottle but that's like 1 in 10 trys. Ughh...don't know what to do anymore. My daughter is way too picky, she will kick and scream and put that choking face on when I try to give her a bottle. I feel like I've been spending money on buying bottles. What has worked for your child (that's ebf)? Is it the bottle or is there a method I should try? DH has tried feeding her and she won't have it either.
