SCARED TO TAKE PILL

I'm 17 and sexually active (like very) and I know I need to be responsible and take the pill but I have emetophobia (fear of throwing up) and I haven't in 6 years and some side effects listed on the BC I have yet to take says vomiting can be a side effect and I would rather lose an arm than throw up. I'm also terrified that the pill will make me fat and depressed??! Help
