It's been a week or so and my 13 month old has started bothering me a lot during bedtime.

She keeps tossing and turning in her crib and then eventually she wakes up after tossing and turning I put her next to me on the bed but she still doesn't go back to sleep. She keeps throwing herself here and there on my bed too. This is not like her, this child used to sleep throughout the whole night without waking up and all of the sudden she's crying / throwing herself everywhere in her sleep. What could be bothering her ?
