Help 😂

I've never suffered with cold sores before, nor has anyone in my family. I got braces today and I'm salivating more than normal. My bottom lip has a red underlining and it's really sore. Could this be the start of a cold sore, or is it just the brace? I do tend to get chapped lips a lot. I'm extremely paranoid about cold sores since I don't use condoms when giving blowjobs. Somebody calm my mind down 😂
