Anyone else?

Ok guys so I am kind of confused. I miscarried 8/23 at around 4/5 weeks. It was super early had a ultrasound done and nothing showed. I had two blood works done and levels were dropping the last one I got was at a 4. At that time I was having some symptoms and around 2-3 day of bleeding they were just gone. So here we are today, 4 weeks later I noticed my boobs starting to hurt and thought it was weird so was at target and bought the FRER test and a pink line immediately showed, not too bright but not faint (didn't take a picture because I was at work) so I am not sure if it is still left over HCG since I never really tested to show it dropped down to 0 or if it could possibly be a new pregnancy. Just confused and wondering what the chances are that 4 weeks later it could be a new pregnancy 😬 anyone have this happen or any related stories. Just wanting to talk to someone about this since I don't want to tel the husband to get him excited again and don't know if I should call the doctor. Thanks for reading :)
