Tips for a new mom to be?
Hi, any veteran or new moms to be out there that have any advice or tips for this newbie? I'm deathly afraid of the stories I've been hearing about morning sickness and nausea, especially with the type of work that I do. I don't think my boss will be very sympathetic about it, either. I'm just about 6 weeks and I'm starting to notice I feel yucky once I start to get hungry. Typically once I eat I usually start to feel better... but it's still very early on I feel and I'm afraid for it to get worse. I also don't feel hungry like I normally would feel hungry if that makes sense. One minute I'm completely fine and the next my stomach is rumbling and has a starving feeling to it like I haven't eaten in days and that's what really upsets my stomach/head. I haven't thrown up or anything yet but again, if there's any tips or tricks you guys may have please share. Also: should I "force" myself to try to eat healthier (fruits and veggies) rather than giving into the inclination of unhealthy cravings? Thanks!
