Worried 😩 confused 🤷🏽‍♀️

It's been 45 days since my last period I've taken three hpt and all came back negative ... I have 2 more days of my TWW to test again... I have a doctor appointment ant the end of the month. I'm wondering is it possible for you to get negative hpt and still be pregnant?? I know some women are different in testing and other things ... Help I'm worried 😩 all I want is a BFP and to have my first child .
