Has anyone heard of becoming lactose intolerant after labor?

I've been having stomach pain for a few days and I'm trying to figure out what it is (I didn't have a c section)

Strangely enough, pregnancy helped to reduce my lactose intolerance and I could eat whatever I wanted. Now, after child birth, the lactose intolerance is back in full force. So I guess it's possible. Pregnancy does strange things to the body...

I became lactose intolerant 9yrs ago after my daughter was born. My baby was born 8/24 and Ibe been able to eat ice cream/dairy without my lactaid pills of stomach issues

Where the stomach pain when people say stomach pain it could be gallbladder, appendix which I had to have removed a month after my baby was born because I was having pain and it was inflamed and the it could be gas, constipation, diarrhea, stomach bug or a whole leg st of other things.if it persists I would go to dr to see what it could be.
