second month of the pill

i’m on the combination pill and i’m halfway through my second pack. i’ve taken my pill on time everyday and i’ve never missed one. i’ve been feeling sick and am growing worried because a lot of the side effects are very similar to pregnancy symptoms. has anyone else gone through this when starting the pill?
