Miscarriage at 5 weeks ☹️no sac no baby!😭

After 2 positive pregnancy test. I went to the doctor last night for checkup I was told I'm exactly 5 weeks pregnant, right after the checkup I started having light bleeding while I was there the doctor ordered me to do ultrasound at 11 weeks. However when I woke up this morning I had more bleeding with lots of cramping so my bf took me back to the doctor where she sent me to do an ultrasound because of fear of ectopic.

While doing the ultrasound that doctor told me he is not seeing any sign of pregnancy at all :( no sac, no baby, nothing! :'( I started bleeding heavier after the ultrasound procedure. As this happened to anyone else? ... oh this is my 2nd miscarriage, first one was 6 years ago and I had gotten

emergency c-section. #confused&broken.;
