2 faint positives and now I'm bleeding :(

I'm so confused. I got 2 faint positives and most people on here saw them too. last night i started cramping and woke up to pink blood. its not enough to wear a pantyliner but enough that it comes out when I urinate, not just wiping (sorry tmi) is it possible to get 2 false positives? I feel like I keep letting my husband down. ugh!
