I was only fertile for 2 days before I ovulated. I started testing August 31st. O means not fertile. Flashing smiley is fertile. Solid smiley is Ovulating. (I'm sure everyone already knew that) this is the first time I've ever done a opk btw. I took the opk test and written down what I got each time.

I've never used digital. I use test strips. but once you get a positive opk you have 24-36 to conceive. the day before a positive opk is also highly likely for conception. 
so as soon as you get a flashing smiley BD like there's no tomorrow up until a day after a solid smiley. 
that should give you your best chances from what I understand.

also keep checking your temps same time every day. there was a spike in temp when you ovulated so temps definitely help!

Thank you. my doctor told me to have sex every other day when fertile. should we try doing it everyday instead? I heard it could lessen your changes but I don't know how true that is. yea my temp was high when I took it. I was sick that day and honestly thought it was cause I was sick till I did my ovulation test. lol
