6 day migraine 😰

I'm 28 weeks pregnant & I've had a migraine for 6 days now. It comes in like waves it's always there tho. Sometimes it's like seal able pain & then the next it's pounding like a heart beat. I've tried taking Tylenol & everything & it hasn't helped. Has anyone else had this??
