Are Hormones Causing Depression?
Every month before my period, I start going in and out of depressive states, and it doesn't help that I'm currently juggling a lot at once. Is there a way to fix this. I literally feel like it's a chemical imbalance in my brain and it stresses me out more that I can't fix it. I just want to stop hitting these lows and function normally throughout the entire month. Does this happen to anyone else? What do you do about It? Is yours under control now?
