Daycare/babysitter, yes or no?

Question

So I'm 35 weeks and I already have one baby that's almost 2. I haven't worked since I was like 5 months with the first one.. I really want to go back to work so I can help out with bills and stuff but my boyfriend (both baby's father) wants me to be a stay at home mom. 
How do you mommies deal with putting your kids in daycare and how can you actually trust the daycare/person you leave them with..

I know it's hard but I'm going to say daycare was the worst decision for us. We only let him be in one for a month! My son got more sick there than he has ever been before and they didn't call us when he had a high fever to ask if they could give him some Tylenol and he ended up in the er that night for bronchitis and a severe ear infection. He learns more being with me and my husband than he did at the daycare and he eats better too. I hate to say it but most daycares are not reliable.

i honestly believe being a stay at home mom is the complete best decision for your babies!

Ugh I wish I could stay home with my babies. But thankfully my mom is able to watch my kids most days (she's always been a stay at home mom herself and still has my 5 younger siblings at home) 
And when she can't or needs a break I work where I can bring my babies with me 😌
I don't know that I could trust a daycare with all these bad stories going around lately. And there are very few people I trust to watch them period lol 
My mom went out of town this past week and I was looking into finding an alternate sitter instead of taking my toddler to work with me everyday and I literally had a breakdown and cried and said screw it, so I didn't get a whole lot done at work all week but I kept my peace of mind

Do your research and visit the daycares you are considering. The best way to know if you're child will thrive and have fun is by seeing how the other kids are there! My first wasn't put in daycare till a year a half old I was fortunate for family to watch her until I went back to work full time at that point. Even then I was super worried. Now I'm fortunate enough my second won't ever have to go to daycare because I work for family and she comes with me the part time I work. The days I don't work I watch my nephew for small cash.

I was nervous at first but the couple who owns the daycare has become a part of my family and a part of my son's routine. He LOVES them and they love him too. He has even done over nights with them. He started at their daycare when he was 6 months. I think it's all about finding someone you trust and someone that just fits.
